Refund policy

Our products are digital books delivered instantly after payment, so orders can't be returned once the file is downloaded — except in the cases below.

If the file won't open or is defective, if you were charged but didn't receive the book, or if you paid for the same book twice, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or wallet (usually 7–14 business days).
